16. BY-LAWS
| (a) | The
by-laws of the Institute shall be those annexed hereto. |
| (b) | The
Executive Committee may from time to time add to, rescind and/or amend
the by-laws. |
| (c) | The
Executive Committee, in making and/or rescinding and/or amending by-laws
may cover any matter, which the Executive Committee considers necessary
or expedient to prescribe for the better execution of this Constitution
and the furtherance of the objects of the Institute. |
| (a) | Each
member of the Institute shall pay an annual subscription at such time
and of such amount and on such conditions as may from time to time
be determined by the Executive Committee. |
| (b) | The
entrance fee, if any, payable on admission to membership of the Institute
shall be determined by the Executive Committee. |
The Executive Committee
shall maintain a Register of Members of the Institute and may issue in
any year a list of the members of the Institute and of their addresses,
or any other particulars, in respect of the members and of the Institute.
