This course provides a practical approach to carrying out effective risk assessments- a key component of good risk management practice. This course will provide risk practitioners with the tools to arrange risk workshops, facilitate the identification and assessment of risks and ensure that delegates contribute in a meaningful manner. Delegates will have the knowledge about which pitfalls to avoid and how to determine which risk identification technique is best suited for them.

Risk Identification, Assessment & Facilitation

 

Organisations are confronted with a rapidly changing environment that is increasingly characterised by risk and uncertainty. To meet this challenge, many have implemented risk management, although the benefits thereof are not always apparent. This course provides a practical approach to carrying out effective risk assessments, a key component of good risk management practice.

 The course will provide risk practitioners with the tools to arrange risk workshops, facilitate the identification and assessment of risks and ensure that participants contribute in a meaningful manner.
