Every business needs to develop a business continuity plan to protect the business or organisation from an impact, any known threat or harm. A Business Continuity Management (BCM) Plan should guide and enable you to continue with business as usual without a severe or disastrous effect on your systems, structures and resources. You should be prepared and have the institutional arrangements in place to enable your programme of identifying risks, looking at the impact on your business treatment to reduce the risk and to have contingencies for the residual risk.

Tinus de Beer

Tinus de Beer is the Managing Director of DMS (Disaster Management Solutions). Under his management, DMS has been accredited by the LG SETA to render a full qualification of 150 credits.
Tinus is an excellent facilitator, assessor and moderator for different SETA’s; with 32 years of experience in the education, training and development industry. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education, 4 diplomas and several certificates.
