The Executive Committee offers a wealth of expertise from within the profession with broad representation from Industry and the financial services sector.

	Dalene Rohde is a chartered accountant (SA), a certified internal auditor and holds a masters degree in business economics. She has over 10 years' experience in corporate governance, risk management and internal audit. Currently with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Dalene has been appointed as Honorary Treasurer.
	Reginald Haman is an Associate of The Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA) and currently serves on its Executive Committee as President. Reginald has recently been appointed as General Manager: Group Risk Management, Transnet. He holds various quailications in risk and business management including an MBA from GIBS. He also presented papers at various international conferences on risk and insurance management. In addition to his role as President of IRMSA, he also serves on the Risk Management Working Group on the King 3 Committee.
	Nick Katsouris is MD of CorProfit Systems Africa, specialising in providing Operational Enterprise Risk Management solutions. His ERM experience includes the establishment of risk management frameworks, providing methodologies, developing training programs and facilitating risk workshops in addition to implementing the KnowRisk® ERM software solution in Africa. Nick also sits on SABS Technical Committee 178 and participates in the ISO 31000 working group for “Risk Management Guidelines for Principles and Implementation of Risk Management”.
	Gareth Baines is Commercial Lines Director of short-term insurer AIG South Africa Limited, with responsibility for all commercial and corporate insurance and risk solutions. Gareth is a member of IRMSA's Education and Technical sub-committee.
	Petra Dell - An Associate of the Institute, Petra is Enterprise Risk Manager for Old Mutual South Africa based in Cape Town. She is a CA(SA) and a Certified Internal Auditor. Petra is the Honorary Secretary of the Institute, she chairs the Membership Committee, serves on the Conference Committee and is responsible for International, Africa and regional issues.
	Joseph Makoro is a Manager: Group Enterprise Risk Management at South African Airways (Pty) Ltd (SAA). His areas of expertise include enterprise risk management, internal audit and corporate governance. He is an Associate of The Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA), a member of the Audit Committee of Mogale City Local Municipality, serves on King III Code on Corporate Governance Working Group on Risk Management and sits on SABS Technical Committee 178.

To co-ordinate and manage their event, organizational and membership requirements, IRMSA have appointed a full time team consisting of:

	David Winks took over from Robin Atkinson in August last year, first as a part time consultant and currently as a full time employee of IRMSA. He has a number of year’s experience as a practicing risk management consultant and small business manager and currently has the task of filling the position of General Manager.
	Kathleen Osterloh is responsible for day to day finance and administration with a focus on membership enquiries.
