Deterring fraud and corruption through sound corporate governance and ethics risk management 6 Dec
Tell a Friend About This EventTell a Friend

Corporate governance failures that manifest through fraudulent and corrupt behavior or conduct are poorly understood in SA. Unlike the public sector that are compelled through regulatory reporting to ‘air’ misdemeanors, the private sector continues to hide behind veils of secrecy where their organisations may be exposed to these threats.
