He is a Founder and Managing Director of Risk Eyes Solutions (Pty) Ltd a black owned consulting company. He also works with the University of Pretoria in Risk and Compliance Management Services. He has more than 21 years’ experience in risk management which he acquired in the public and private sectors. 

He has served in various roles including being the Chief Risk Officer in a government department where he was reporting to the Director General and independent Risk Management Committee. 

He is currently the President and Chair of the Board of the Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA).    

He has an MCom in Risk Management which he obtained from the North West University. He is also Certified Risk Management Professional (CRM Prof) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
