What is the purpose of the IRMSA CRM Mentorship Programme?
The purpose of the CRM Prac and CRM Prof Mentorship Programme is to support candidates preparing for the IRMSA board exams by providing structured mentorship. Mentors will guide mentees through exam preparation, practical application of risk management principles, and professional readiness.
Are you passionate about guiding the next generation of risk professionals? Do you have insights and experience that can help others navigate the path to becoming a Certified Risk Management Practitioner (CRM Prac) or Professional (CRM Prof)?
IRMSA is excited to announce the launch of our Mentorship Programme, and we are calling on experienced risk leaders to step forward and apply to become IRMSA Mentors.
As a mentor, you’ll play a critical role in:
- Supporting CRM Prac and CRM Prof candidates in understanding the importance of certification.
- Sharing strategies and insights to successfully prepare for and pass the board exams.
- Assisting future CRM Profs in positioning themselves as the next generation of Chief Risk Officers (CROs) within their organisations.
- By mentoring, you'll not only uplift aspiring professionals but also contribute to the strengthening of the risk profession in South Africa.
