Ms Lehabe is currently an Executive for Operational Risk for Transaction Banking in the Corporate Investment Banking segment of the Standard Bank Group. She has been a good-standing member of IRMSA for about 7 years, within which she won the Up & Coming Risk Manager of the Year (2019) and Risk Manager of the Year (2022). 

Ms Lehabe holds a BCom in Financial Management Sciences from the University of Pretoria, a BCom (Hon) in Financial Management Sciences from the University of Pretoria, and a GIBS Graduate Management Certificate from the Gordon Institute of Business School. She completed an Advanced Programme in Risk Management and a Higher Certificate in Law (Cum Laude) from UNISA.  She is also a Certified Risk Management Professional (CRM Prof).  

Ms Lehabe is passionate about risk management and has been in practice at various levels of risk management as a specialist oversight function.
