Mr Bhana is a results-driven Executive/Professional: An innovative, analytical, and collaborative leader passionate about meaningfully challenging the status quo, shaping strategies, leveraging technology, and building high-performing teams and “purpose-driven communities”. 

Mr Bhana is Eskom's Head of Enterprise Risk and Resilience and a Sessional Lecturer at Wits Business School.

Mr. Bhana's educational journey is a testament to his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. He holds a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering Heavy Current from Technikon Witwatersrand, a Bachelor of Technology in Power Engineering from Technikon Pretoria, a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree from the University of Pretoria, and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick.

Mr Bhana has extensive experience in strategy, innovation, risk management, enterprise resilience, consulting, leveraging technology, training, and stakeholder engagement.
